Snack: 47gr chicken lunch meat (just by itself), the rest of the cucumber 1 point
Lunch: lettuce, 2 tomatoes, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, 10 gr green olives, tuna, Calvé Extra Light Mayo, mustard, garlic, sambal, lemon juice 4.5 points
Snack: 3 pieces of toast, peanut butter 8.5 points
2 mandarins
Dinner: turkey medallions, 1 tsp olive oil, couscous, veggies (bell peppers, red onion, mushrooms) 6.5 points
