Nice food, I like your foodstyle, your breakfast is somehow on a small side…
I use most of my points for breakfast and lunch, snacks in between, and in the evening ate Fage Total 0% and some fruit/almonds…
Thanks – I actually split up my breakfast because I leave my house at 6.30 and don’t arrive at work until 9. So something at home, then a coffee with steamed milk when I arrive at work, and then lately around 10 or 11, 2 kiwis and a mandarin (and an apple if I’m too hungry). I really have to do it this way because I’m too hungry to leave the house without eating for so long. Normally I get up between 5 and 5.30 these days…
