it's amazing what happens when you start to run…

I started running in 2009 and then basically EVERYTHING changed. Not just my physical fitness, but also my mind and then way I look at challenges. Since the menopause things have changed again and it hasn’t been fun AT ALL. But I’m still here. And I’m still trying. If all you can do is a few steps, do that.
