Team Pie

Hey! I’m Renée, 55 years old; I started running just to lose some weight and in the meantime found out that running changes pretty much everything. My favorite running partner, Ron (56), started running just to support me, but he found out he actually had a talent for it and consequently has run over 28 marathons in the span of 6 years with  3 of them being World Majors.

This blog is about running, fitness, mental health, travel and, though I am trying to get out of diet mentality, I may still talk about weight/ weight loss.   Sometimes a combination of all, sometimes not. And not always in that order.

Running and fitness keep me sane, travel is my passion.We live in the Netherlands – Mr Pie is Dutch and I am American and Dutch, now living here over half of my life.
